How We Helped Qurious Grow From a New Startup, to an Audience of 6.4m People

Here at Publicize, we focus on helping startups spread the word about their great new products and services. Qurious used our expertise to launch their brand in 2017. Read on to see exactly how we did it in this case study.

The Client

Qurious is a real-time voice A.I. platform that enables sales leaders to scale their organizations better, faster, and at a lower cost. The platform leverages Artificial Intelligence to boost sales teams and onboarding. Their goal was to find a marketing company that would help them announce their launch.

The Announcement

After being founded in mid-2016 and receiving a seed funding round from Bootstrap Labs, the company engaged with Publicize’s PR specialists in early 2017 to market their official company launch.

The Solution

Initially, we set up a strategy call to determine goals and objectives. As a young company, it was important for Qurious to reach the maximum number of people possible, to give their business a head start. The company launch was then successfully covered on the professional version of the Wall Street Journal, reaching a wide and varied audience. As well as this, Publicize felt it was important to gain press in some more niche publications, focusing on tech and startups. This was done principally through guest articles, utilizing the in-house newsroom that Publicize has at its disposal.

Publicize then supplemented this media coverage with a successful podcast marketing campaign. This included sales industry guest appearances and two articles on Venture Beat – establishing the client as a thought leader in the Sales and Artificial Intelligence space.

The Results

Publicize’s media strategy led to the following publications for Qurious:
